

Shipping Policy
Do you ship to my pin code?
We have tied up with major courier companies for delivering products to most
of the pin codes Pan India. In case the pin code is not serviced by any
courier partner then we go for the India Post for delivering the products at
your pin code.
The coverage of the courier companies is extensive and most of the areas are
covered by these companies.
COD option
Most of the pin codes have the facility of COD, however, there are some pin
codes at which COD option is not available. We request customers to go for
prepaid orders for getting the product delivered in case COD option is not
available.
Also, COD option is not available in case the product is delivered by India
Post.
Order dispatching
We usually dispatch the order within 1 to 2 days after getting the order.
International shipping
Currently we do not offer international shipping of our products. In case
you want our product to be delivered outside India, we request you to please
contact our customer care on 1800 2125 125.
We will try to get the products delivered in case your delivery address is
outside India.
Shipping charges
We provide free delivery of most of our products within India if the order value is more than Rs. 500. So there are no shipping charges if the order value is more than 500.
Delivery time
It usually takes between 5 and 7 working days for getting the product delivered at your doorstep. In case your delivery pin code is in the Northeast region then it may take 1 to 3 days more.
Status of my order
You will receive an email notification once your order has been placed. We
will also provide you the tracking number of the order and the courier
partner’s details who will be delivering the order.
The order delivery status can be checked online on the Courier partner’s
website. In case there is a change in the delivery address or contact
person’s name then we request you to kindly let us know on our customer care
1800 2 125 125.
Please do mention your order number so that we can get the details. There
may be some extra charges for editing the details if the order has been
already shipped by us.
Delivery of the order
Please let us know in case the product is delivered to you in a damaged or
tampered condition.
In case your order is COD order then please pay in cash only. Currently we
do not accept any payments through card or other means.
We request you to intimate us about any issues regarding the delivery within
3 days from the delivery date of the product so that we can take timely
action.
PNB Kitchenmate will not be responsible for any damage caused once the
delivery of the order is done.
